Quantifìcação de AgNORs e expressão do PCNA em ceratocisto odontogênico

چکیده
Para realizacao deste estudo foram selecionados quinze casos de Ceratocisto Odontogenico e submetidos a tecnica histoquimica AgNOR imuno-histoquimica do PCNA. Observou-se que o possui uma media 1,84 AgNORs por nucleo 74,98% das celulas sao positivas ao Uma caracteristica constante foi tanto para quanto PCNA camada suprabasal apresentou medias estatisticamente superiores basal. Conclui-se, portanto, lesao benigna com proliferacao epitelio, principalmente na suprabasal.
